Welcome to AI Success Academy. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our educational platforms, digital assets, and physical institution located in Kanpur.

1. Enrollment and Admission

• Admission is subject to seat availability, successful registration, and potential screening tests depending on the batch.
• Students are expected to maintain strict discipline. AI Success Academy reserves the right to terminate enrollment for behavioral misconduct.
• Providing false information during enrollment may lead to immediate cancellation of admission.

2. Fee Payment & Refund Policy

• All tuition fees must be paid on or before the due dates provided at the time of admission.
• Registration and admission fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Prorated tuition refunds may only be considered under extreme unavoidable circumstances evaluated on a case-by-case basis by management.

3. Use of Digital Services & AI Bot

Our digital platforms, including the WhatsApp AI Doubt Bot and tracking dashboards, are provided exclusively for active students.

• Account sharing is prohibited. The AI services are tied to individual registered student phone numbers.
• The AI bot is intended for educational queries. Spamming or abusive language toward the bot will result in immediate suspension of access.
• While highly accurate, AI suggestions should double-checked and not be considered official board-level grading truth.

4. Intellectual Property

All study materials, test papers, AI-generated reports, and digital content distributed by AI Success Academy are our exclusive intellectual property and cannot be redistributed, sold, or copied without prior written consent.
